Parents and prospective learners are invited to visit the school during the official registration period announced by the Ministry of General Education. If interested, they may purchase an admission form, which contains essential information. The form must be stamped by the bursar to be valid and is non-refundable.

The Application Process

Visiting the School & Collecting the Admission Form

During the official registration period announced by the National Ministry of General Education, parents and prospective learners are encouraged to visit the school to explore the learning environment.

Purchase of the Admission Form

If interested, the parent or guardian may purchase an admission form from the registration office at an affordable fee. This form contains all the vital information needed to understand the school’s policies, values, and requirements.

Academic Review & Entrance Examination

After reading the admission form, the learner is asked to submit their latest report card from the previous school.

Learners who failed may be advised to repeat the previous class.
For candidate classes (P.8 and S.4), an entrance exam is administered to determine academic readiness.

Registration and Database Entry

Once the learner qualifies for admission, the parent/guardian and child meet with the registrar to complete the official registration process.

At this point, the school collects:

Learner’s full name, class, date of birth
Parent/guardian’s name and contact information
Residential area and health condition
Previous school report card

Receiving School Rules & Signing the Commitment

After registration is complete, the learner is provided with a copy of the school’s rules and regulations. This document must be:

Read and signed by the learner
Witnessed by the parent/guardian as a sign of mutual agreement and understanding

Before beginning the admission process at Darling Wisdom Academy, it’s important for parents and guardians to understand a few key points. These help set expectations and ensure a smooth and informed registration experience.

Admission Period Is Announced Nationally Registration only happens during the period officially announced by the Ministry of General Education. Plan your visit accordingly.
Admission Forms Are Non-Refundable Once purchased, the admission form cannot be refunded, even if you decide not to proceed with registration. Ensure you are fully committed before buying.
Form Must Be Officially Stamped A valid admission form must carry the bursar’s official stamp. Without it, the form is not recognized by the school.
